How To: Import Common Products¶

How an administrator can create a list of common products via import¶

To bulk add products to the list of common products, you need to:

1. Create a CSV or XML file with a common products list.
2. In this file, in the column (CSV) or target node (XML) Vendor instead of the name of an individual vendor you need to specify the value ~ (tilde).

3. Then import the products as usual.

After that, you will see a list of imported products on the Products → Products → Common products page.

How sellers can bulk add products from the list of common products via import¶

Using import, sellers can also bulk add common products to their catalogs. To do this, you can share a file with the required product properties and product codes of the products with the seller.

The seller will be able to select the required products and import them via Products → Products → Import into their catalog with all the properties of common products.
