This functionality is available only in Multi-Vendor Plus and Ultimate.
In Multi-Vendor the main admin can manage the return requests by themselves, or give this opportunity to vendors. To let vendors manage return requests you need:
Make sure that the add-ons RMA and Vendor privileges are installed and active.
In the Users β User groups menu set the vendor user group and give Full access for the vendor to manage Return merchandise authorization (RMA).
Give the vendor this user group in their account: Users β Administrators β Vendor’s administrators.
Now vendors can see the new menu item in the Orders menu in the vendor panel. Here you can see how to manage return requests.
