How To: Let Vendors Manage Return RequestsΒΆ

This functionality is available only in Multi-Vendor Plus and Ultimate.

In Multi-Vendor the main admin can manage the return requests by themselves, or give this opportunity to vendors. To let vendors manage return requests you need:

  1. Make sure that the add-ons RMA and Vendor privileges are installed and active.

    RMA add-on is active.
  2. In the Users β†’ User groups menu set the vendor user group and give Full access for the vendor to manage Return merchandise authorization (RMA).

    Full access for RMA for vendor.
  3. Give the vendor this user group in their account: Users β†’ Administrators β†’ Vendor’s administrators.

    Full access for RMA for vendor.

Now vendors can see the new menu item in the Orders menu in the vendor panel. Here you can see how to manage return requests.
