How To: Make Customers Log in/Register at Checkout

Follow these steps, if you want all your customers to log in or register before they check out:

  1. In the Administration panel, go to Settings → Checkout.
  2. Tick the Disable anonymous checkout checkbox.
  3. Click the Save button.

Important

Now customers will not be able to check out without registering or logging in. They will be offered to fill in the User account info on the Checkout page.

Disable anonymous checkout under Settings → Checkout, if you want all your customers to register and log in before they can place an order.
